I've been running this Managing Behaviour and Workload conference for Oxford Teaching Schools Alliance every year for well over a decade and it's always very popular with new teachers. There are some free places available for mentors, when they are accompanying ECTs. The conference is open to the public as well as to Oxford schools and it is excellent value for money. The venue is great too - a proper air conditioned conference centre with a lunch voucher included in the price of attendance. Book now to avoid disappointment.

This is a really practical guide with straightforward strategies that you can use in your classroom to adapt your teaching to meet the needs of all your learners.
