This course can be run as either a twilight (2 hour) or a half day option (two sessions).  During this course, Sue uses a combination of training slides, practical demonstrations and group activities.  Sue will help your staff understand how to use their voices more effectively, how to protect their voices from damage, and how to make better use of non verbal approaches.
